Vine-Works Ltd are looking for an additional Harvest Vineyard Supervisor to join
our team working in the UK’s most successful vineyard management business. Based in the South of England, this is initially a fixed term role for the duration of harvest, (usually 4 to 5 weeks) but successful candidates will have the opportunity to become full time employees.

Key Responsibilities

● Organise and supervise labour teams to effectively harvest grapes
● Ensure premium quality picking standards
● Ensure targets are met or exceeded daily
● Customer liaison and team communication
● Ensure H&S protocols are enforced
● Record keeping
● Deliver superior customer service diligently

Skills/Experience

● Good communication skills important
● Relevant qualifications/ or industry experience essential
● Tractor driving experience is beneficial
● PA1, PA2, PA3 tickets beneficial but not essential
● Ability to be self reliant and problem solve
● Comfortable supervising large teams of non-native speakers

Vine-Works Ltd provides services to many of the major growers and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a large number of vineyards. Own transport is essential and a reasonable level of fitness is required, (able to lift up to 25kg). This job is not based at one location, but covers various sites across the south of England.
