Associate Wine Consultant - Charlie Holland

With 25 years winemaking experience, both internationally and here in the UK, Charlie has been responsible for creating some of the UK’s most celebrated wines.

Between 2016-2023 Charlie also headed up Gusbourne Estate in Kent as CEO. Currently, Charlie is in the process of setting up and developing a new wine business for Jackson Family Wines here in the UK.

This mix of detailed knowledge of all facets of the production process, and an understanding of how to create and run a successful wine business, means Charlie is uniquely placed to provide strategic and planning support, enabling businesses to establish and grow in a practical, sustainable and successful way.

Support can range from anything between production planning, winery design, winemaking strategy, product range development, integrated business planning, marketing, sales projections and route to market planning.
